Since the humble beginnings of 2001, Shine bands and students have quickly risen to join Canada’s top talent. Shine bands have achieved silver and gold standings at National Musicfests.  Students have gone on to win scholarships to attend prestigious music schools in Canada and the United States.

This success comes in part from the Shine method of teaching, which places a high value on the music education conducted by performing musicians. The Method also advises that students wishing to pursue music should be immersed in performance and production with state-of-the-art rehearsal and studio facilities.
